Please call our office to schedule your appointment with our experienced office staff. All patients will be accommodated and scheduled as soon as possible. If you are experiencing an emergency situation or pain, we will try to accommodate you that day. After hours, an answering service is available to receive your calls and contact Dr. John in an emergency situation. In order to expedite your visit, please have your referral slip, x-rays, dental and insurance cards as well as your current medication list with you. The initial visit forms, which are available below, can be filled out prior to your arrival to our office.
